2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you provide when you: submit a staffing request form; apply to join our clinician network; contact us through our website; or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, professional credentials, employment history, and other information relevant to healthcare staffing.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit. We use this information to analyze website performance and improve our services.

Healthcare and Employment Information

For clinicians applying to join our network, we collect professional and credentialing information including licensure details, certifications, employment history, references, and background screening results. This information is collected for the purpose of verifying your qualifications and facilitating placement with client healthcare facilities.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: fulfill staffing requests from healthcare facilities; evaluate and process clinician applications; verify professional credentials and comply with applicable credentialing standards; communicate with you about our services, your application, or your placements; comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations; and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. This includes sharing clinician information with client healthcare facilities for credentialing and placement purposes (with your knowledge and consent as part of the staffing process); sharing with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business (background screening vendors, payroll processors, credentialing verification services) under confidentiality agreements; and disclosing information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental authority.

We do not share your personal health information with client facilities beyond what is necessary for credentialing and placement. We comply with all applicable provisions of HIPAA and HITECH to the extent they apply to our operations.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and applicable regulatory authorities as required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Clinician credentialing records are retained for a minimum of three years following the last placement, consistent with applicable staffing industry and regulatory standards.

11. SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, through our SMS Consent page), we collect and use the following information to operate that program:

What we collect: your name, email address, mobile phone number, the date and time you provided consent, your consent version, and technical metadata (such as your browser's user agent string) recorded at the moment of consent for compliance purposes. Our forms infrastructure also automatically logs the submitting IP address and timestamp for every form submission.

Why we send SMS messages: text messages relate to employment opportunities, shift notifications, credentialing updates, staffing requests, scheduling, account notifications, and customer support. We do not use this number for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

How consent is stored: your opt-in record (including the consent language version you agreed to, the timestamp, and submission metadata) is retained as our proof of consent for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations, and in any event for no less than four years following your last message interaction.

Third-party providers: we use Telnyx, a third-party SMS/MMS delivery provider, to transmit text messages on our behalf. Telnyx processes message content and delivery metadata solely to provide this service and is contractually restricted from using your information for its own purposes.

Opting out: you may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, which will immediately unsubscribe your number from future messages. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 12 below to request removal. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Opting in or out of SMS messaging is never a condition of employment, receiving staffing services, or purchasing any services from us.
