A recruiter reviews your request and confirms the details — shift date, role, unit type, and any acuity-specific requirements. You'll hear back with a status update, not a form confirmation.
Role-by-role fill times
CNAs are typically placed in 12–24 hours. LVNs in 18–36 hours. RNs in 24–48 hours. Specialty RN roles (OR, ICU, PACU) in 36–72 hours. Same-day requests are possible for CNA and LVN — call us directly at (713) 364-5058 for urgent coverage.
What to have ready
Shift date and time, role and license level needed, unit or department, any facility-specific orientation or dress code requirements, and your preferred point of contact for day-of coordination.
If a shift cannot be filled
We notify you as soon as we determine coverage is unavailable — typically well before the shift starts. We don't leave facilities guessing. If we can't fill your request, we'll say so clearly and, where possible, suggest an alternative role or timeframe.
As early as possible, but same-day requests are accepted. Our average fill time is 24 hours, and CNA and LVN coverage can often be confirmed within 12–24 hours for urgent needs.
No. We work on month-to-month terms with no minimum commitment. You can request a single shift or ongoing coverage — whatever your facility needs at any given time.
Contact your recruiter directly. We address concerns immediately — not through a ticket system. If a placement isn't working, we'll respond and resolve it the same day.
Yes. We cover Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery counties — including Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Missouri City, Conroe, Spring, and Cypress.
