2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations; transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any systems connected to it; use automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest information from this website without our express written consent.

3. Staffing Services — General Terms

Submission of a staffing request through our website constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding staffing agreement. Binding staffing arrangements are governed exclusively by executed Master Service Agreements and Rate Confirmations between Hearthstone & Co. and the respective healthcare facility. No staffing request submitted through this website creates any obligation on the part of Hearthstone & Co. to fulfill the request or on the part of the facility to accept a clinician placement.

4. Clinician Applications

Submission of an application to join the Hearthstone & Co. clinician network through this website does not guarantee employment or any minimum number of shift assignments. All clinician placements are subject to successful completion of Hearthstone & Co.'s credentialing process, execution of a Clinician Employment Agreement, and availability of suitable assignments. 5. Intellectual Property
